From Neuroscience Lab to Breathwork Practice
After 8 years as an academic neuroscientist with a PhD, having worked at prestigious Universities around the world, I left my flourishing career to follow what my heart knew was true: that our bodies hold wisdom our analytical minds cannot access.
My journey from logic-driven decisions to intuition-led choices mirrors what many of my clients experience. Through active breathwork, I discovered how to access the intelligence held in my body and create a life aligned with my deepest values rather than external expectations.
I specialise in guiding people who, like me, have been living a life they 'should' be happy with, but sense there's something more authentic waiting to emerge.
Through personalised sessions that combine exploration and active breathwork, I help you access the wisdom your body holds and reconnect with your deepest truth.
