We’ll begin by exploring the areas where you feel stuck or unsure—whether you’re seeking emotional healing, stress relief, or a transformative shift in mindset. From there, you’ll learn a simple yet profound pranayama breath pattern, practicing it as I guide you through a deeply healing experience. Each breath opens the door to greater self-awareness, allowing you to connect with your inner wisdom and release what no longer serves you.

What do I need for a virtual breathwork session?

A reliable device
A computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a working camera will help us see and connect with each other in real time.

A peaceful space
A comfortable spot where you won’t be disturbed—this could be your couch, bed, or even the floor. Blankets, cushion and anything you need to be comfortable. 

An open heart
Allow space for curiosity, release, and self-discovery as you move through your breathwork journey.

These virtual breathwork sessions are held via Zoom or Skype and typically last about 75 minutes.
