Self trust is a practice. There’s no finish line, no goal posts. Just a deepening sense of self. Being able to trust yourself, being able to count on yourself, being able to rely on what you feel and know. ⠀⠀

If we don’t know what we value, what is important to us, how to check in with ourselves, then it can be much easier to be swayed by other people’s value system, as well as by our own inner fears (our “I have to”s and “I should”s).⠀⠀

Often we are looking for techniques to help us just deal better with the stress we are currently having – without having to unpack why it keeps coming back – why we don’t trust ourselves, honour ourselves. Why we keep abandoning ourselves, our needs, our health.⠀⠀

Breathwork is a deep exploratory technique that helps us start to look a little deep under the skin. We are fully whole and perfect. There is truly nothing wrong with us. Just patterns, belief systems in the way of us being fully ourselves.⠀⠀
