Through Breathwork we can reach a stillness, where the body and mind rest and relax, where we can listen. Effortlessly allowing ourselves to be more present, experiencing who we truly are.
Trusting yourself is essential to be able to make aligned choices. To know what is for you, what is not for you, to take bigger risks, to feel confident, aligned and solid in how you move about the world.
Self trust, intuition, authentic truth, all go hand in hand – being able to count on yourself, being able to rely on what you feel and know.
Self-trust is a practice. There is no finish line, no goal posts, there’s just a deepening sense of self. Breathwork is a tool to hone and develop our self-trust and as such connect with our our intuition and authentic truth.
We will learn the Pranayama Breathwork Meditation technique as a lifelong tool to connect with ourselves.
Breathwork is an active meditation, with deep rhythmic breathing to increase the oxygen flow through the body, resulting in a highly cathartic and slightly psychedelic state of mind. You can read more here.
