The aim of this program is to lead us gently and incrementally deeper each week into shedding what no longer works for us and stepping more fully into who we really are, so we can feel confident and courageous to live and chose the life we want.

For six weeks, we will meet online to explore, understand and heal aspects of our emotional body through breathwork. Breathwork allows us to move beyond the intellect and into the intelligence and wisdom of the body.  There we can be still, listen and reconnect with our intuitive knowing.

This program is open to anyone who is ready to heal on a deeper level and for a radical change in their lives.

Program outline

This program will be delivered virtually, 1.5 hours a week via Zoom. Here’s a snippet of the topics we will cover:

The power of the breath. We will deep dive into Breathwork and  breathing techniques as a lifelong tool to connect with ourselves.

Relaxing, releasing, letting go. Identifying what is holding us back and embracing flow.

Overcoming adversity. Real freedom is not in changing in the circumstances of our lives, but a change in our response to them.

Self acceptance. Embracing and loving who we are NOW.

Cultivating trust. Where do we no longer trust. Connecting with your inner truth and knowing.

Reclaiming your power. Cultivating confidence in ourselves and our inherent power.

What do I need?

  • A computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone that has a camera (headphones are a bonus!)
  • A comfortable and quiet place where you will not be disturbed and where you can lie down.
  • No prior breathwork experience is required.
  • If you have not attended any previous breathwork sessions with me then make sure you can attend at least the first 2 sessions live.

  • You do not feel comfortable or safe experiencing strong emotions without one on one support (contact me about 1:1 Breathwork Programs).
  • You don’t think you can commit to attending at least two out of the six session live.

“Where to start? I started Breathwork because my friend Emma said I would love it.

I had zero idea of what it was or meant. I went in blind. First time I was a bit too enthusiastic and literally had a session where I crawled out of my own skin and left everything behind.
