Join the next virtual breathwork class! Learn to create deep calm and slow down the mind chatter to create space, clarity and focus … in the comfort of your own home!

During a live class you will learn the pranayama breathwork pattern which you will practice while being guided through your healing journey.  No prior experience required.  

If you are new to joining a virtual class in this way, there is nothing to worry about! I will send you an email before the class to help you get set up and I’m here to help if you are having any problems with setup!

What do I need?

  • A computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone that has a camera (headphones are a bonus!)
  • A comfortable and quiet place where you will not be disturbed where you can lie down
