Group Sessions

Group classes and workshops are a great way to dip your toe and try out breathwork for the first time. Equally, groups can help to deepen a regular breathwork or meditation practice. Like any form of meditation, the more your practice the deeper you go!

Experience expanded awareness, greater clarity and sense of wellbeing.

Create deep calm, clear the mind clutter, create space and access your intuitive knowing.

Dress warm and comfortably as we will be practising Breathwork lying down. 

Mats and Blankets supplied. Bring an eye pillow/mask if you like. 

All levels welcome.

*Not suitable for pregnancy or serious cardiovascular problems.
