How we manipulate our breath has a direct effect on the heart, nervous system and mind.

So depending on how we WANT to feel, we can use the breath to create these changes!

When we exhale for longer (or just more intensely) then we inhale we are going to lower our heart rate and in turn calm the nervous system and in turn, the mind

If you want your heart to beat faster, if you want to create more energy in your body – breathe in more vigorously then your exhales or longer then your exhales
